Investigation of Customer Satisfaction on Damri Bus Services at Soekarno-Hatta Airport

Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine the direct effect service quality, trust, and price perception on customer satisfaction, indirect perceived value satisfaction through prices for Damri Bus passengers at Soekarno Airport. Theoretical framework: This uses quantitative methods. number samples in were 239 respondents from Hatta Methodology/Approach: data collection technique used research by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis SEM techniques assisted SPSS 25.0 LISREL 8.8 applications. Findings: results indicate that trustworthiness, have a positive significant influence satisfaction. Service quality has no perception. trust. Research, Practical & Social implications: Trust quality. Price
